Message from Owner

She’s an indoor cat and is very skittish. We’ve been looking for her all night and would love nothing more than to have her back again. If you see her, or think you seen a cat like her, we beg you to please call immediately. We just want her back safe and sound. We love and miss her dearly.

SYDNEY MISSING.. Can you please put the dirty litter tray outside and put a piece of your worn clothing and/or worn shoes on the clothesline or undercover. Check your property thoroughly as he/she may be frightened and hiding. When they are hiding they can be extremely quiet. Also go out when it’s dark and quiet the best time to head outside and call her/him is between 3-4am. with hot bbq chicken. Listen for a familiar meow as may be hiding, stuck or locked on your property, in a garage or shed. They will sometimes hide in street drains. Also door knock and ask to check neighbor’s yards, sheds, garages, bushes etc. yourself . Some cats have recently been found locked in neighbours sheds and garages. One had been up a tree for 3 days. Check all local vets, shelters, Check found posts on Facebook etc and put up posters in shopping centres and on local community boards. Update microchip registration records to missing/lost. Put the litterbox outside. The scent helps. Praying your kitty is found safe soon.

We had a cat disappear for nearly 3 weeks once. We searched, put up flyers etc, but it turned out she was hiding behind our next door neighbours shed. She wasn’t actually our cat, we were minding her, which made it even worse in our minds. Then a neighbour reported seeing her on top of his shed. We went to the vet & got some liquid tranquliser& put it on some food that we put over the fence for her. We finally got hold of her & took her to the vet for a check. She’s lost weight, but was otherwise ok-huge relief!
