Play loud "budgie flock calling" or "happy budgie singing" videos from YouTube.Set a Visual Trap: Place a cage outside on an elevated surface (like a table, not the ground) with the door wide open.Use High-Value Bait: Secure large sprays of millet inside the cage. It is irresistible to budgies. Scatter a small trail of loose seeds leading inside.2. Time Your ApproachBudgies have poor night vision and lose energy quickly after a few hours of flying in the wind.Target Dawn and Dusk: These are peak feeding and roosting times. The bird will be most active and looking for food at dawn, and most lethargic and stationary at dusk.Watch for Grounding: A tired budgie will eventually fly low or land on the ground, a low bush, or a fence out of sheer exhaustion.3.
