My wife and I found this young German Shepherd wandering the streets in Harrisburg and we’re able to get him to come with us. He’s a very sweet and non-aggressive puppy who is just tired and hungry and thirsty. We want to be able to get him somewhere safe, but we cannot keep him.

Did you try that house on the corner of Patricaand Woodside (there’s a driveway off each road, house has a garage with table in driveway I believe). I know I seen them with a couple new dogs - I can’t remember if one was a German Shepherd or not but they were black.
