This is my parents dog and they have been reunited. Miss Mercedes is 14 years old and is still a puppy at heart. She loves to chase the bunnies out from under the shed on her mini farm with her 3 horses. She gets down and dirty and digs which is what she was doing when she didn’t come back inside (for the first time ever) She is not unkept and treated like a princess. Save your judgement until you know the whole story. And thank you for the very kind neighbors who took her in and took care of her, we are extremely grateful! ❤️

If this is your niece's dog - she should be ashamed! This poor little thing is in horrible condition and I hope she doesn't get her back!

She looks unkempt due to lack of care. Please give her love, food and water and don't just turn her over to anyone. There are evil people out there who will use her for bait! In her condition, I would call a rescue if you cannot care for and love her yourself. This breaks my heart.😢❤
