He's a sweet, skittish skinny boy. Seems to be pretty clean. Not sure how long he's been out. He stayed very close to the area where he arrived (about 48 hours). I can only guess he was dropped off. He freezes when a leash is put on. My neighbor had to pick him up to put in in her car to get him to my hse. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I am unable to keep him as are are traveling out of state in a couple of weeks.
