I first saw it on Sunday evening in the same area but it kept running from me. Saw it again tonight. Worked on it for an hour trying to get it in my car but it kept running. Gave it food and water. I'll keep trying. It has a collar, I just can't get close enough to read the tags

Black German Shepherd, possibly wearing 2 collars, running in the Wilmington Place neighborhood since yesterday. Limping. No one can catch him/her. Very scared.
