It was this dog in the picture. He didn’t have a tag, but he had a light pale pink or tan leash/collar

I saw something in the street off of Euclid in front of panda and unfortunately it was this dog. I pulled over immediately picked him up gently. He was already deceased. He was still warm so it must’ve just happened. I called OC animal care after hours. It was maybe 1030 at night and within an hour contact OC Animal care. I’m very sorry for your loss. I picked him up very gentle I placed him in my car. I checked for vital signs. He was already deceased,

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free. Thanks for helping the dog.
