Tara Hebert my wife and I saw him Friday night on Fairview and willits he was severely injured we waited for a patrol officer for nearly 5 hrs and never came we took him to my moms house and they picked him up yesterday they updated my wife that he required surgery bc of 2 deep cuts that he had and a broken leg he’s a very good dog whoever owned him and just left him like that has no heart whatsoever
