If its truly my Pepper, you would be having my undying thanks and the reward is for keeping her safe in this horrible weather. If its my bird, why would I be wondering if I need to call the cops, you already took my bird in,,,?

Please please help us fine our little Pepper. I know she is a bird and could be in heaven BUT if you have her know that we miss her soo soo much. Even today I got an email from a woman saying she had her but when asked to return her asked how much the reward was and how we would be calling the cops!
