Message from Owner

Our sweet cat Elsa is missing from SE School Ave area in Boring, Oregon. Description: • Siamese-like appearance • White and brown coloring • Blue eyes • Long-haired • Not wearing a collar Elsa is a beloved member of our family, and we are heartbroken that she is missing. If you live nearby, please check your garages, sheds, crawl spaces, under decks, and any other places a scared cat may be hiding. She is a very shy reserved cat that may not let you approach her. She is very treat motivated and a very sweet lovely girl. Her humans and fur siblings miss her very much and just hope she is safe and makes it home soon. If you have seen Elsa or have any information, please call or text (tel:).

Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too. Airtags on collars help greatly.

Please place his bedding outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing front and back door with a can of cat food on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home enterence . Show your neighbors a picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call immediately. Go early in the morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Best of luck finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾

General Information: Set up a scent station. Hang clothes with your scent on it (Worn clothing from owner) high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely. Beware of scammers.
