Message from Finder

My husband found this dog loose with another black male dog in our apmt complex. They are clean, groomed, and well-cared-for. Looks like they just got loose.

WHEN YOU “FIND” A PET: Thank you for helping the dog. Very kind of you to do so. Very important: Pawboost offers that you can print Flyers to post around your area. Check your posts often to see that they have not been removed. You also can handprint "lost" flyers around your area. Check often to see that the flyers have not been removed. Please ask for proof. I.e., photos, vet bills, when someone claims the pet. Please do not hand the dog over without that proof. If you are unable to house the pet for a short while until the Owner is located, call one of these Animal Protection Services: You will be transferred if the call belongs to another area: 1. Clark County 702-455-7710 2. City of Las Vegas 702-229-6444 then #2 (They often are unable to answer their phone. Ask the dispatcher to take your message and forward it to them.) 3. North Las Vegas (702) 633-9111 NOTIFY The Animal Foundation that you have the pet in case the Owner contacts them. Located: 655 N Mojave Road, Las Vegas Animal Foundation hours are 11AM-7PM Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. Call: (702) 760-7387 for help! OR: (702) 955-5932 ext. 932 - Or by Email: lostandfound@animalfoundation.com The Animal Foundation is the central clearing house for lost and found pets. The Animal Foundation is the facility to which the Owner first will be directed to search for their pet. The Pet Owner has 72 hours to collect their pet at The Animal Foundation before the pet will be placed for adoption.

Thank you for securing them. Please check for microchip at any vet or Petsmart for free and ask for proof of ownership.

Please take them to any Vet , Petco, Petsmarr for chip scan, it free and no appointment needed, Go to the leasing office and ask them to send email with picture and info to all residents. Go door do dirt as well and if there are housing area around go there as well. Make sure ask for proof of ownership if someone step forward, pictures. Scroll check all Found dog posts on Pawboost and keep checking daily. Sometimes people don’t post rings away. if you can keep them till owners found, don’t take them to Animal Foundation, they are always overcrowded and often to open space for a dog they euthanize another. Also they only give 72 hrs fir owner pickup then put fob in adoption lis, sometimes owners don’t know where to look and their pet is gone. Also post on Nextdoor and Ring. Thank you for you care and posting 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
