Jean Porter well we did give this pup water and food. We did not send it on its way. Pup ran off when we tried to approach it. But thanks for your input.

I put the picture up on PETCOLOVE and Nextdoor as well. Unfortunately this pup won't let us get near him/her. Runs away even after approaching us on our front porch. We left cold water out, came back and drank all of it. We left some food out and more water. Came back for water, but still would run away if we tried to get near.

Should he be with the family... who would leave him looking like he is Rip Van Winkle. It is very sad to see this sweet fur baby looking like this. Unless he has been lost for years his owners don't care for him.. Someone please shelter him and care for him. He needs some TLC.
