This kitten has been around the Norman postal training center for the past 2 months. I think it’s totally stray. It stays in the exact same place every day. I can’t coax it towards me but I’m not too familiar with cats so it might be a me problem. The cat seems very docile and I’m worried because it seems very weak. Someone please rescue this cat.
