Lucas Kristy probably someone that captured them and took them to shelter thinking they were someone’s escaped pets, ppl should just leave cats alone unless they look to be in danger or give them food if they look hungry and if you feel they need to be captured and released to have the no baby surgery for 75 dollars at Spay and Neuter clinic than capture and release in same area. They have territories that they know well if outdoors
