Craig Michael my cat was missing for two weeks, with a storm happening in between that time and he still made it home. Do not give up hope. The night that he finally returned home I had stopped being bashful about just walking around the neighborhood, shaking treats and shining flashlights under peoples bushes and porches. I’m sure the neighbors didn’t love me for it, but he came meowing at the front door around 3 AM. (I did the flyers and walking around during the daytime thing, but had not tried what was mentioned above until the night He returned home. )

I found my cat around 4am (cats are active at this time) a couple blocks from my house by calling her w squeaky toys and a can of wet food. I recommend trying to look for it around dawn or dusk!

Lost cats Search for him using a flashlight. He will be frightened and will hid. He also might not respond to your calling him. A flashlight will reflect in his eyes, allowing you to see him in dark spaces. Use it day and night.

These tips tend to work if you are proactive and patient and persistent-kitty is probably frightened and close to home be patient and persistent-it could take days to weeks for kitty to find way home
