I found this sweet girl last night on Glen Loch Dr and couldn’t leave her there, so I brought her home. I gave her a bath, treated her with flea prevention, and she’s already looking and feeling so much better. She was extremely skinny and absolutely covered in fleas, so I believe she’s been living on the streets for quite some time. I scanned her for a microchip with my reader and didn’t find one, and she does not appear to be spayed. I’ve also started reaching out to several no- rescues, but I wanted to post here in case anyone recognizes her or is interested in giving her a safe, loving home. She is incredibly friendly, well-behaved, and seems like she was someone’s pet at some point. She knows basic commands like “sit,” walked right beside me without a leash, and gets along well with other animals. As much as I wish I could keep her, I already have four cats and a dog, so I’m unfortunately not able to give her a permanent home. I’m committed to keeping her safe while we look for her owner or the right family, but I can’t keep her long-term.
