Anahi Cruz I saw them on the streets of Decatur and Washington; I was trying to help them. I had already seen them four days ago on a nearby street, but I couldn't catch them because they were scared. I tried to get food and water as quickly as possible, but when I returned, they were already gone; I looked for them for about 20 minutes but didn't see them again.

Amber Ingwell was that on decatur itself, close to the golf course fences? A guy playing slots in the 7-11 said he saw the dog coming towards him on that side of decatur, but turned around when they saw him. Or were they trying to get him at that 7-11 store?
