Wendy Frohlich Caldwell I hope all the employees that deal with the public are aware, for the sake of the pup and his or her family members, which could include children. Maybe the rescue could also notify all the vets and groomers in Valley Stream. That might help to find the owners.

Wendy Frohlich Caldwell that’s good that pup is being taken care of, but pup should really be brought to the shelter. We have found that the person answering the phone at the shelter or at the front desk is not always aware of every dog called in. Owners will be going to the shelter to find their baby. If owners don’t show up, the rescue can pull the dog and adopt it out. Please ask the people at the rescue to do the right thing. 🩷

Hi, the dog needs to go to the town shelter so the owners have a chance to find it. Not everyone is on social media.
