Update : No owner has come forward. We gave descriptions to state police, Indiana Borough Police, 4 Footed Friends, and the humane society Indiana & Johnstown incase someone is looking for him. We strongly believe he was dumped; he is trained very well but has very loose skin, nails have grown so long they’ve curled in, healed lacerations on his face and ear. He definitely had a home at one point, someone obviously trained him. But as the looks of it he wasn’t well taken care of OR has been outside for a very long time. At this time he is being taken care of by the sweetest lady and has finally got a full tummy and lots of love. If no owner comes about, she would love to keep him permanently! Thank you to everyone sharing and spreading the word. He is just the absolute sweetest boy!
