DESCRIPTION

May be a Scottish Fold. Light bluish faded collar with Bell, rolled ears. Started showing up about 1 month ago. Not feral, just skittish. Acts lost so it seems it has had a family because it did a cute roll and purr for me and I was able to pet it briefly.
