My husband and I came across this dog on 7/11/26 on Route 60 in Culloden, WV 25510. She was eating a deer in the road, and we were worried she would get hit by a car. While trying to get her out of the road, someone had stopped and said the dog lived on Ponderosa Drive in Culloden, WV 25510, so we went to a couple of houses in that neighborhood to try to find her owners, and we didn’t have any luck. We called animal control and they came to get her and she’s now at Huntington Cabell Wayne Animal Control Shelter, 1901 James River Rd Huntington, WV 25701. We just want to find the sweet girl's family! She’s very friendly! She’s been at that shelter since Saturday and they only hold her until Friday so it’s time sensitive to find her family come Friday she’ll be listed for adoption, they have her under the name Franny and estimate she’s 7 years old. Please help us find her family! Thank you!
