Large cat. Friendly but very very shy. He usually sticks to me like glue in the hse. He is very much missed. He chose us about a year ago. It has taken a lot of time for him to let us pet him. He would only go out for an hour in the morning around 5:30am and would stay in the yard. This time he didn’t check in and didn’t come back. Brown with black stripes. Has a tipped ear. Not chipped yet. In the dark it may be mistaken for a raccoon because of the way he walks and his coloring. Likes other animals and pets. Scared of most people.

He was a TNR and chose us. He got out by accident once a few weeks ago and was so good about staying close, that I allowed him to go out in the early morning for an hour before work. Thanks. I feel like and my heart is broken over a cat that chose me months ago that got scared and hasn’t come home. My heart is broken and I have been in tears. His appointment was tomorrow to get chipped. And all you can say is ‘sorry he was allowed out’? How is that helpful? Do you feel better saying something so cruel?

Put his bedding and dirty clothes outside and dirtier the better.Even hang it out side they can smell it for miles.put your dirty coat outside and they stay close to your house because they are scared to be outside and hiding in the shrubs and hedges Look for him in the evening softly calling his name with a flash light and don't give up this is how we got our cat back after 3weeks with the help of our vet. WARNING IF YOU LIVE OUT OF THE ENTER CITY YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE LITTER BOX 24 7 FOR OTHER ANIMALS AND PREDATORS ALL THE TIME please Put his toys and bedding and cat tree on the porch and water and food and your dirty coat outside and check all the shelters close to you in person every few days Ask your neighbor if you can ck their garage and sheds and gutters and on the roofs.
