Small black cat with distinct white spot

Two months ago, this cat was found crying outside the Berkshire apmts in Sinking Spring, PA. It had been seen on and off for about 3-4 weeks prior to being picked up. It turns out the initial vet assessment was wrong, and we just found out this is a young (1-2 year old) female cat and not a neutered male kitten… I still have her and hope to reunite her with her family! Please help!
