We have found the owners but we were unable to catch the cat, but at least we now know who they are and where they live. This morning I was able to get a close up pic of the ID tag and call them. They live 5 blocks away. The cat has been missing for 2 weeks. So it's not been reunited with the owner yet but hopefully it will be soon.

Kristyn Joyner Dalton Was your dad Dave Joyner? Just curious. I believe he had a house on or around 50th St. If so he use to know my mother.

Nayibe Sanborn Delarosa No, it’s not contained. When it shows up it just stays in my fenced in back yard. I’m not able to pet it yet, but it’s somewhat friendly and I should be able to pet it soon enough and I’ll get it to a vet to get scanned as soon as I can. It has a pink collar and an ID tag that says Pixy Carter on it. I haven’t been able to pet it or see what’s on the other side of the tag. I did put it on NextDoor and will put it on Lost & Found Hampton Roads Va. She’s only been coming around for a few days. I have 3 indoor cats so I have plenty of cat food on hand.
