Liz Waldon I think I saw him when I was on my way home from school I was trying to catch him along with another lady but he kept running away. We saw that he ran into Norman Dr in Kennesaw on Shiloh rd. The lady was going after him and I was coming after her so she mentioned she saw him go behind a house but after that she couldn’t find him!!
