Message from Owner

Lillian escaped the hse while we were out of town and hasn't been seen since! We found her collar next door, so we're concerned she got into a fight and may be injured and hiding. Hoping neighbors can check their alleys, shrubs, decks, sheds, etc for her.

Look at night with a flashlight while calling her name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with her scent on it like her bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with her photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀

Put a box of your dirty clothes and linens outside your door, hopefully the scent will guide her home. Do not use the litter box, it attracts other predators like coyotes.

Keep a close daily check on your local county animal services website, under their Found Pets section. Hopefully, the cat has a microchip will help a lot too.

Get a picture out to all delivery drivers in your area. UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, BUS DRIVERS and MAIL CARRIERS. Ask them to put up in their break rooms. They have eyes 👀 all over the place. Might be able to give a sighting location. Leave a picture and all local shelters and police departments. Good luck getting your baby home 🏠

*Keep trying what's listed....All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 If possible consider building a Catio - so much safer for kitties who like the sights/smells of outdoors. attached is one website to build, there are many - google or fb has many showing how to! https://spca.bc.ca/news/how-to-build-a-catio/ **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight or headlamp & look under every bush, vehicles anything they might go to for safety around your home. Watch for their Eyes to light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed & Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of theirs & yours, but NOT the litter box. Going out with a bag of treats OR whatever your cat loves to eat... calling their name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when it's quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding & may have been chased. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT All the very best...

What a gorgeous kitty! This works - Highly recommend walking near and far blocks calling for your kitty every hour day and through the nighttime. S/he's hiding and scared and needs to hear you. Also call out your door every half hour here kitty, kitty loudly. Neighbors will understand. Crack a garage open a little bit if you can too. I hope you find her/him soon.
