Chowder is Missing in Indianapolis, IN

He's dark brown almost black with white underside with white uneven stop up his neck white on back paws and his genital area has dark spots knda looks like a milk cow lol

Chowder was not abandoned I left him with my friends at 9th St and Sherman Ave (east side of Indy) someone stole him from the yard and another person took him from her and tried looking for his owner (me n my boyfriend) idk how we missed each other but after 3wks she had ta re- him. They took him to a guy on Southside off stop 10 and Madison but he didn't like how high sprun ge was so he dumped him off in nearby neighborhood where he was taken in by patty and ken cain. Our search for him got us in contact with Erica the girl who got him from who stole him. She told us that patty and ken cain had him. She showed us messages between them (she seen posts on here with pics of chowder that's how she knew they then had him) we tried desperately to contact patty and ken with no luck. I did some digging and found where patty works and we went there with no luck. We then dug lil deeper and got their address and we went there. Ken answered the door he was rude disrespectful and uncooperative. He first told me they had surrounded chowder to animal shelter but when I told him that he's lying because we been to the shelter several times n they are on the look out for him if he comes through there they would notify me...ken immediately said they rehomed him and refused to give any info on who they gave my dog to. Please if anyone has any info about my chowder bug or if whoever patty and ken gave him to sees this...plz oh plz contact me. He's about to turn 1yt old and it's ing me that I've not yet been able to bring him .
