3 pe0ple tried to get him leashed for 1 hour. Offered him or her water and food. unfortunately. He run away. To wheelhouse and lost him Left water and food on that block. It was xark and late and we left with a broken feart. Praying for his safe return home. Ps 2st one of us stayed foor withher or him shile the other 2 went a blick away leave our dog and return with a car . Leash food. When he or she runned away. we last saw it 3 blocks away on Wheelhouse and tryed all over again but he/shr left again.
