I love animals and the sites which let you post about lost pets. But honestly I am so upset by the large amount everyday. Your pets are like your children and depend on us for everything. They love people unconditionally but we have a responsibility to give them all the love & care we would a child.😪😪😪😪

Adriana Uribe The dogs are similar, but not the same. Take a look at the pattern on the dog's forehead. Riley has a white center part. The found dog doesn't. Let's keep looking.

General information: Set up a scent station. Get a scent that the dog is familiar with out in front of the house. (EX. Worn clothing / shoes from family member dog lives with). Hang it out high so that the smell can travel and guide the dog back home. Keep an access point open in case the dog returns. Please post signs with the dogs' picture and your contact information on the sign. Post these signs all over as if someone spots your dog the person can contact you and provide a location of where the dog is. (Not everyone is on Social Media) Ask your neighbors to check their doorbell or house cameras (if applicable), sheds and garage. Call or go to the Animal Shelter in your area and tell them that your dog is missing and to see if it has been picked up.

Check the surrounding shelters every day, not just the one in your city. Someone may have picked the dog up and not live near you, then dropped the dog at a shelter near them. It’s easy to do, go on their websites and scan the pictures. Also, go in person sometimes they hold dogs in the back that are not in the pictures. And also put posters up, because not everyone is on social media.

Oh my gosh, no ever wait to get a call from the chip company. Sometimes the dogs aren’t scanned correctly. Even if they end up by shelters did you make sure that all the information they have at the microchip company on you is correct and up-to-date.
