Lakita Nichole Taylor sounds like a standard poodle. He looks to have been nicely maintained. *Thank you for your kindness and helping him* I have two standard poodles. I melted at the sight of him 🐩❤️ They can get away quick. Mine could probably outrun a greyhound lol

Annette Brown i don't think so, the one we found is black, has shorter fur and is a large dog. He's bigger than my shepherd.

Joni Bryant Wilcox screenshotted, thank you. Ill work on that throughout the weekend. I've joined a lot of groups just waiting for them to accept so I can post him more places. He's safe now but he's very timid. I will have to work with him some before I can get him in a car to take him to get scanned. He took treats from my hand but will not walk on the leash. He was wearing a collar but it didn't have anything to identify who he belongs to. I have pets too and don't know anything about him. It started to get hot so we brought him inside but are keeping him away from our pets right now. He has food and water and a cool safe place. Were hoping to reach his family.

How simple it would be to return to the rightful owner if it had a collar and phone number tag. Yes, I know, sometimes they lose them, but most don't. 90% of lost dogs have no collar or tags. In the last few days, I have seen someone looking for a black poodle. No idea where.
