Hi everyone. I’m reaching out to the Clovis/Fresno animal friends and family community because I’m looking for a loving, stable home for a very special pup — Daizy Mae, spelled with a z. She’s a boxer mix, about 9 months old, and she has one of the sweetest, most gentle personalities you could ever meet. I took Daizy Mae out of a rougher environment, and since then she has grown into an incredibly affectionate, trusting, and social girl. She does great with doggie doors, she’s been around other animals, and she’s becoming more confident every day. She truly just wants to be close, feel safe, and be part of a family that appreciates her. Yesterday I had a seizure — my first major one — and it made me realize that there may be some medical issues I need to take seriously and look into right away. Today I’m still recovering, and I can barely think clearly or move around without pain. As much as it hurts to admit, I’m not able to give Daizy the level of care, consistency, and activity she needs and deserves. She’s still young and learning, and she needs someone who can be fully present for her. I don’t want her stuck in an apmt with me while I’m unable to get up and take her out, or feeling confused when she has mishaps inside. None of that is her fault — she’s trying her best, and she deserves a home where she can thrive without limitations. My only goal is to make sure Daizy Mae continues moving forward in a life filled with love, appreciation, care, and respect. She came from a hard place, and I want her next chapter to be one where she feels wanted, supported, and able to grow into the amazing dog she’s becoming.
