Missing black and white female with distinctive markings a black patch above her left eye .

Message from Owner

I am truly heartbroken over this and still searching for my 6-year-old girl, Ninny. We tragically lost our cats when we lost our a few months ago, and she ran off before we could get her. Ninny is very easy to spot: she has one solid black eye and a black patch over her left eye. She is fixed and up-to-date on shots. Personality Note: She is a total sweetheart once she knows you, but she is known to be sassy and might bite if she's nervous or meeting someone for the first time. She also "play bites" when she’s happy. If you think you’ve seen a cat with these unique markings, please reach out. I just want my baby back. It’s the 'not knowing' that is the hardest part. I feel stuck in this grief because there’s no finality. It’s a wound that will never fully heal if I never know . Still have hope

Is that a break a way collar on her incase she go caught or stuck on something the collar would unhook so she could break free 😊 did you put out a piece of clothing with a familiar scent on it and go out at dawn and dusk crack open a can or shake some dry and check underneath everything around your property under cars and bushes under sheds and in garages and other neighbors backyard areas ask them to check in their garages, sheds etc....file lost reports with your local surrounding shelters incase someone finds your kitty and surrenders them Lost and Found Pets of Women's Animal Center Bucks County SPCA

Look at night with a flashlight while calling her name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with her scent on it like her bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with her photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀

**You need to put out a trap. That’s the best way to get your cat back.*** Read below. Hi. I’m so sorry you lost your cat. I do cat rescue and have helped people get lost cats back. I have trapped and rescued a lot of cats. Cats are often very scared when they get outside, especially when they’re indoor cats. They will hide. They don’t come when called even if they’re nearby. You must use a trap! The best way to get your cat back is to put out a humane trap (HAVAHART or TruCatch trap) baited with food! You must monitor it. Line the bottom of the trap with newspaper but makes sure that doesn’t interfere with it closing. Make a trail of very snall pieces of canned salmon or wet cat food that smells strong, from the front of the trap to the back of the trap, where you will put a larger amount of it. Put the trap in a quiet place and stay far away enough so you won’t spook the cat but close enough so you can preferably see it and definitely hear it close. Your cat is likely hiding nearby and afraid to come out. Once it’s dark and quiet the cat will come out of hiding and will be hungry. That’s when it will go in the trap. As soon as the cat is trapped, it will probably freak out a little but. Cover the trap quickly with a blanket, sheet, or towel. Have that ready on top of the trap so it’s there and you can cover it quickly. Never leave the trap out unmonitored or overnight or any time! You don’t want to catch a raccoon, possum, or your cat and leave it in the trap outside for hours. If you trap an animal, point the trap towards a safe place so it will run out into the woods or backyard, stand at the back of the trap, and open it from behind. Wait for the animal to run out. Don’t put your hands anywhere near a wild animal or try to touch it! After the cat is trapped, bring the trap inside a room and close the door. Once the trap is inside a room and the door is closed, open the trap and let the cat out. Provide litter, food, and water. The cat may be scared so will probably hide for a while. Let it come out on its own. Examine the cat to make sure it has no injuries. Give the cat flea . Revolution is a good one. Leave the cat inside the room for two days so the flea work. You don’t want fleas in the rest of your house. **Also, put up flyers in your neighborhood with the cat’s picture and information. Ask and look around to see if maybe your cat went into someone’s garage or shed and is trapped in there.** **Call local shelters too, in case someone contacted animal control and they came and got the cat or someone brought the cat there. Go to the shelter and look in person just in case whoever you speak to gets it wrong when checking for your cat. In NJ they only have to hold stray cats for 7 days before euthanizing. In PA there’s no hold period so cats can be adopted or euthanized immediately.** **If your cat is not spayed or neutered, please do that. He/she will want to roam less, won’t want to go outside to mate, and be overall healthier. Also, please consider keeping all cats inside. The outdoors are dangerous for cats! If your cat continues to go out, a GPS collar and microchip would be helpful so you can at least track the cat, and if found and checked for a chip, your contact information will come up.** I hope you find your cat. If you have any questions you can reply and I’ll respond. Good luck!

Post on Nextdoor and Ring apps. Ask neighbors to check car hoods, garages and sheds immediately. Make sure to tap hoods of the car around. Keep an entryway open for cat to get in. Buy or loan a live cat trap from online stores or local tnr groups. Leave your garage open with cat to enter. Put some food and your clothing there for smell. Get a motion sensor camera to detect when cat is around your property
