If you can’t find his owner, I am a volunteer with the Yorkie Rescue of the Carolina and we can help! We will get him placed in a foster home on hold for owner. If no owner is found we will get him properly vetted and make sure he’s placed in a loving home with responsible owners who are background checked. Please do not give him to just anyone.
