Really friendly puppy. No collar and nothing's open to take her to. She was whining all night but I couldn't bring her inside. I gave her food so hopefully she sticks around the area until morning. If no one claims her then I'll bring her to a shelter.

See if Bay Area German Shepherd or other GSD rescues would accept her, (it’s cold outside at night, Predators such a Bob cats, cougars, Coyotes etc. Would easily her. You could put her in a downstairs bathroom with blankets and a bowl of water.). Poor baby.if not, take her to the Humane Society.
