Dolly is Missing in New Lenox, IL

My grandson is the one that lost his cockatiel He did found her yesterday in a tree a few blocks from the house and sat under the tree with her cage and some treats but she did not come down and she was too high up to get to her. She called to him and he to her but towards evening she took off and he couldn't find her after that and he looked today calling to her but no response back. We are all heartbroken.
