Hi everyone ! Last night my bf & I came across this poor boy wandering around once we were able to lure him towards us with food we immediately noticed he had a leash tightly wrapped onto his neck with a stick tied into it seeing this we just couldn’t leave him. If anyone is able to help him we’d greatly appreciate it as we unfortunately do not have the means to be able to keep him for too long.
