She is a female Blue Crowned Conure and she sometimes talk. She can whistle and say o but sometimes she won’t make noise. She has a greenish blueish head with a green feathered body. Her tail is green with a little bit of red and seasonally some yellow. She can fly pretty well. Supper worried about her and miss hearing her!
