Small black terrier mix and large tan pitt mix

found these two dogs near the intersection of Twin Lakes Drive and Brookston Road in Cloquet. No collars. They were running in the road further down the Brookston road when I left for work today at 5:30 am, and they were still loose when I came at 5:00 pm. The black dog is female, the tan dog is male. It seems like the male is not fixed. They're in the back of my van at the moment.
