This lovely has been hanging out in our front yard for two days. It will not let us approach. We have left food and water out. It seems to be limping a bit. It does have a collar. It seems tired. We are worried about the heat.

If someone could keep him water, they’re underneath that bush of shade that would be fantastic. Either a big old plastic bowl big metal pan doesn’t matter as long as he’s got plenty of water and if you could sneak him some food here and there, maybe just get a 5 pound bag of cheap dog food from Dollar General hopefully someone’s missing him and will claim him

In interim, contact a trapper like hartt or the shelter asap to get it safely off the street if you or someone is unable to secure and hold asap.
