This dog was in the grass on the hill on the left side when exiting I35 on the access road. The picture is not the dog, but close to what it looked like. Had on a green or gray collar. Could not get him in my car unfortunately. Too skiddish. Called Waco 911 to come and help. Hopefully they found him.
