OH and he does have his microchip but i don't really know what's going on with the shelter people but i really miss him so much!

This is my puppy but he is still out i think but i don't know if it was a scam or not but one of the shelters called my grandma because she adopted him for me and called her saying stuff that we aren't going to get him back? And saying that we didn't take care of him? And one of the shelters people said their dog only got out for 12 hours and they were acting like dogs never get out? Like what? I miss him so much! And we took care of him but i don't know what's happening

Sorry Rufus is wandering. Affton is a big area. Suggest adding names of closest two cross streets where he went missing from to your post. Also share on Next Door and Neighbors/Ring apps and any Affton area Facebook groups. If chipped, notify chip company. Hoping he is found soon.
