Have you checked for a microchip? Might find the owner that way. If the dog is chipped. Please notify the shelter that takes care of your area in case the owner goes there trying to find the dog. You can look on all the lost and found sites to see if it's been posted as missing. Pawboost, Petco love, home again, etc. Thank you so much for helping this one♥️
