*REWARD OFFERED* LOST In the area of Oceana and First Colonial in Virginia Beach. Female mostly black with some brindle Dutch Shepherd mix. Very scared and will run if approached. Got out of her newly adopted owners house last night around 830 pm. Was last seen near a stone facility. I am headed that way now to see if I can get eyes on her. Owner did not contact me until shortly ago, so she’s had 12 hours to potentially travel. She is microchipped and has a blue martingale collar on with tags. Animal Control is being contacted.
