DESCRIPTION

All black, neutered male, very silky, shiny shorthair. Near his neck on one side, he has a few rows of very faint white hair (resembles fish scales) so faint you need to look closely. He’s about 10 months old and still ‘love bites’ (hands only). Very religious litter box user. And normally is an indoor cat. He’ll hangout on our back deck (no stairs) which is normal. Also, our front courtyard (closed in, also) But this is a rare occurrence… he can squeeze under the ‘service’ door. Assuming he snuck out this way. If you are pretty certain you’ve found him and specifically matches the unique ‘birthmarks’ (I like to call them) please text me! THANK YOU!

Anyone missing a small black cat. Looks to be maybe a year old if that. I can't take it in as I have 2 dogs that don't get along with cats. Over by Ideal Park

Some rescue groups say putting litterbox out can draw in ferals that will keep your cat away. So it might be counterproductive If you haven't: Use a flashlight and look at night for eye shine around buildings and bushes and up in trees and along rooflines. Ask neighbors to check garages and sheds and put up signs in the neighborhood Make sure to thoroughly check the house, they hide when feeling ill...look in closets under the beds, behind furniture, in dresser drawers, in cupboards, and in and behind washer/dryer Hope kitty is home soon🤞🤞

Tell mail carrier, neighbors, and check nearby vets and shelters, IN PERSON AND OFTEN. Make posters with a picture and bring them to the above and post all over. Ask neighbors to check garages and sheds. Cats often don't go far but will hide close by. Walk around and call and look. Never give up. Use all online resources you can find, Nextdoor etc. 💜

Is your kitty chipped? Check animal control and humane society's and craigslist good luck 🤞 and check window wells under decks and garages and Strom drains and check trees and bushes and woods
