Found dog: running up Holgate and 99th. He's a boy and a puppy. Has mats in his fur, and came right up to me. He's scared but very friendly! I obviously brought him home but he is NOT good with cats and my boy dog doesn't like him! Need to find his home ASAP!! Portland friends please share this!! I knocked on 3 neighbors doors, no one recognizes him and I've already submitted a found post at mult. County shelter! Any other places to post?? UPDATE: He had mats in his fur all the way down to his skin... they were under his arms and his back legs hairs were twisted together so he could barely walk. And he has what looks to be an abscess behind his left ear. I thought it was a mat but it's squishy and he won't let me shave it
