Note from finder: UPDATE: This beautiful puppy, who we are now calling “Daisey Mae” , has found her forever home with us. She was listed on multiple sites and the shelters were all notified. NO owners came forward, and no microchip, no collar or tags, We, and other neighbors, heard a car speed away, a sharp dog cry, and then whining. It was still dark and cold outside-5:00 AM. This poor girl has been through enough at her estimated 12 weeks of life. We will provide a wonderful, pampered, and loving forever home for Miss Daisey Mae. This sweet, friendly, puppy was whining in the dark at 5:30 am this morning. I was outside walking our dog, called out to her, and she came running up to us. No collar or tags. We will take her to check for a microchip this morning. She is now safely in our with us. We’re guessing that she is a lab/cattle dog mix- big paws. We will require proof of ownership to reunite this puppy with her family. She is beautiful, loving, and well taken care of.
