Put out your worn clothing and his bed / blanket - if he is disoriented, the scent will help him find his way home. Go out in the early hours of the morning and shake the treat bag and call his name quietly. Take a flashlight as his eyes will shine. Crack the garage door and/or house window so he can make his way inside if he comes home. Make posters and flyers and get them up and out asap! Call all the vets and shelters in your area (call shelter daily in case someone takes him in). Post on the Nextdoor app as well to get the word out to more people. Hopefully he is microchipped and someone takes him in to be scanned. Good luck, I hope you find him! 😿

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes, in garages, under vehicles and hood or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=388310901737884

JUNIOR is adorable. Now let’s find him. He will be very nervous and likely hiding not far from your home. When you’re out searching this evening take a flashlight with you. The light will shine off his eyes and makes it easier to locate him. Look under every veranda and bush and any tiny place he may be hiding. Ask your neighbours to search their garage and under their porch or perhaps they will allow you to. He may have also climbed up a tree, so look there as well. Take a bag of treats and shake them while calmly calling his name. Put up posters and contact shelters in your area every 3 days to see if he has been turned in. If you haven’t yet gotten him micro chipped, please do, so should this happen again he can be returned to you. GOOD LUCK ❤
