I saw this in the new housing development that sits right behind the fence off of the walking path that is across from L St. Southeast. The dog does not appear aggressive. It appears scared it was barking, but it wasn’t an aggressive bark. It’s very thin. I think it’s probably hungry. I don’t know what I can do. I have my dog with me and he does not do well with other dogs so I wanted to report this to you as soon as I could I hope he finds his way back .
