Can’t tell nor do I know the area. But if it’s this cat the owners abandoned him. Someone who helped neuter him a few years back is pissed that she did.

too well kept to be feral ? more likely lost and learning s/he must be wary of humans. BEAUTIFUL kitty ! Don't give up trying to befriend him or her. sit quietly, have yummy food. It will take time and a patient heart 🤗 If you can earn his/her trust, you can get him or her to safety. 🤗 (So many pets are hit and ed before they're able to be safely returned home. 😔) 🐾Any vet’s office will scan for microchip for free. 🐾Not everyone is looking for their lost pets online, so it’s important to TALK to neighbors in the area. 🐾Check pawboost for LOST pets. 🐾Contact shelter with description and location: may be first place family is looking. 🐾Posting "found cat" on a simple cardboard, along with your phone number, posted close can be extremely helpful. Have any caller identify kitty FIRST (though most are, some people are not good and will claim pets for unkind reasons) And THANK YOU for caring enough to Act and help make our community a safe and caring place for everyone, especially these vulnerable animals, who rely on humans for their care 💗
