Please file a lost report with Animal Services/local shelters. Post on Neighbourhood groups too, and get signs up. Keep checking all sites and groups daily. There are also bird-related lost and found groups to post on. Toronto/GTA Lost & Found Birds as well as Lost and Found Birds Ontario

I looked at google for this info.......If your pet bird flies out a window, act immediately and stay calm to avoid frightening it further, as they often stay close to home initially, typically landing on the nearest high spot, such as a tree or roof. The highest chance of recovery is within the first few hours by leveraging familiar sounds and items. Put the Cage Outside: Place your bird's familiar cage (or a travel carrier) on a porch, rooftop, or in a nearby tree, with the door open. Put favorite treats (like millet) and fresh water inside. Hoping you are lucky and Coco comes home ❤

Not sure if it’s your bird but someone in my condo building had a budgie fly into their place through an open balcony window the other day. Apparently this one is well trained and was sitting on his shoulder. I will get his number and post maybe it’s yours. This is in Mississauga
